The sleeve fits securely over the base of all lead handles, including extendable / retractable leads. 
The sash can be easily adjusted to fit anyone, and can be worn either hanging from your left or right shoulder.Both the sleeve and the sash are double sided, so can be seen from the front and the back.
You can purchase the sleeve and sash separately, but to maximise your chances of getting your message across to passers-by effectively, it is advised you use both the sleeve and sash together.
